  Banking with them for years, auto loan, credit card keep a good sum of money in a money market account, but give the wrong account number out and get hit with a $24 overdraft. They wouldn't waive the fee, if I wanted this kind of service I would of stayed with Boa.

  I got a car loan here, the people I was skyping with kept having there system crashing because of a recent tornado. We ended up having to stay after they were closing and they were still super friendly and patience. I appreciate you guys waiting for us and being so helpful!

  I applied to for a title loan for a classic car that I own outright. I spoke with both a branch representative and an online customer service rep before I applied online. I asked specifically about my car and even had them check the VIN to determine the value. I applied online and got a call back the next day, saying my loan was approved for the amount I asked for and the terms I requested. I then got a call an hour later from another rep who said they needed more information about the car (information they already had in order to have approved it in the first place). After giving the rep the information again (the VIN, for example), I was advised that I needed to provide my own appraisal to prove the value of the car. I wasn't about to start that process and pay for an appraisal, not to mention that I have several classic car loans with another credit union and was never asked for an appraisal, let alone to pay for one. The best part: the 2nd rep that called me had no record of the first one calling to approve the loan. BOTTOM LINE: I'd avoid these guys for a car loan. Despite the lower rates they currently offer (1.65%), you'd be better off paying slightly more and dealing with a company that operates professionally.
