  Charged me $3.98 to print one black and white page then had then changed another 50 cents to tape my box up. Please avoid this place.

  it is critical ... so very vital these days -- especially when everything seems accelerated to 'warp speed,' to find great customer service ... and tops on the list is 'reliability.' the very test ... when things do not go smoothly, is when we really see how much we can rely on someone to assist our efforts. Or not. Chris, at UPS on 'mlk,' is exactly what you need ... and not just on a good day, but the bad one ... when everything is going wrong, you're running late, and 'firing on all cylinders' is still not enough. he never adds to the burdens ... but very simply -- and with the lightest of touch, makes everything come together. and the stress in compiling and wrapping our gifts, legal documents and packages is made easy, our burdens lifted ... knowing Chris will 'take it from there.' who would think ... that the UPS by UT would be the classy one?

  Used to come here whenever I had to return something to Amazon because of the location, and customer service. Never coming again though, they charge you 1$ per minute to use the computer that you need to print the return paper. So that's like an extra 3$ plus they charge you to print the page. I'll just go somewhere else.
