- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It's a freaking pain in the a*s NOT being able to use your own card when there's funds, kept calling customer service to be able to use my card after verifying the past 5 transactions. Got a temp card only to get decline after I was told it was ready to go. I don't understand why I have to verify my OWN transactions and why there's not much faster customer service representatives. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I refer to this bank as the "ghetto wells Fargo" on the east side. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the one off 11th. It's always a unfriendly, dreadful experience at this one with little children screaming running around, workers who don't want to be there, and a managed by people who look like they've done/do meth.By Amber Williams, April 20, 2017
