  These people don't even have a restroom for their customers and very rude about it I feel like it's a racial profiling situation and think it should be addressed they need to fix their nasty ass attitudes

  Recently I experienced fraudulent charges on my bank account (at another bank) so I decided to open a new account here. I made an appointment at the bank beforehand so I could talk to someone about the checking account options. I arrived almost 1/2 hour early for my appointment, but did not have to wait, they spoke with me right away. Jorge helped me to set up my account. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the services BoA had to offer. Everything was going smoothly until we tried to have my new card sent to my employer's address instead of my home address. I travel for a living and am in a different city every week. Because of this my mail received and forwarded by my employer, whose home office is in Florida. BoA's computer system would not allow Jorge to put in a business address. This was a real problem for me, because my "home" address is actually my parents' address, and my parents would have to forward the card to me, something they might not be able to do before the new card expired. Jorge asked for assistance from the branch manager, and after some time they were able to somehow override the system so that my card could be sent to where I actually AM! I REALLY appreciated that they were willing to bend over backwards over one piece of (very important!) mail. I wish that BoA would allow exceptions for people like me who have different-than-normal circumstances, so that their employees wouldn't have to worry about this kind of thing happening! Everything else about making my new account went smoothly. Jorge even helped me to set up my pin and activate my card at the branch's ATM. Everyone that I spoke to here was professional and friendly. Also, because of the other reviews here I just want to mention that the bank was clean, and although it was busy everybody was either being helped or waiting patiently. This is a small branch, so maybe if you're concerned about wait times choose a larger branch with more associates. I had a great first experience with BoA, I'm glad that I chose this bank and look forward to getting started!
