  If you're looking to create something truly special, Villarreal Jewelers this is the place to go. They have a wonderful setting in the center of town, accommodating, creative, and knowledgeable. I wanted to create something incredible for my fiance's engagement ring and not only was Villarreal there with me every step of the way to guide and suggest, but they made sure that the final product was something she would be proud to wear on her hand for forever. Even several months later, folks will stop her in the middle of a conversation to ask about her ring. Where did you get that? She's more than happy to divulge that her future husband took time and care while working with an incredible set of individuals who were all dedicated to provide the most magnificent piece of jewelry for her to show of for the rest of her life. Easy to work with and responsive to inquiries: Without question. I'm probably now spoiled and will struggle work with any other jeweler again. Able to manage a tight timeline: Check. Was planning a proposal in Rome, and they moved mountains to get the ring completed in time. Willing to push back and "save me from myself": I was close to making a few 'questionable' choices, but Malcolm was there to keep me sane and calm me into realizing the best choice for the ring based on his suggestions and expertise. One of a kind piece that will infatuate her for a lifetime: Yea. That's an easy one. My fiance still finds little accents in the hand engraved feathering and in ways the jewels sparkle and compliment each other. Value: I honestly would have paid double for this. I had the ring appraised for insurance shortly after receiving it, and it was quoted at least as much as I paid. No ripoffs, incredible transparency into what you're paying for, and immense value driven for me.

  Attention to detail, fantastic customer service, prompt responsiveness to all of my questions; these are just a few of the wonderful aspects I experienced while using Villarreal Fine Jewelers for an appraisal of antique rings. The turn around time was very expeditious. I received an extensive and thorough report on all of my pieces plus value. One copy for myself and one for insurance purposes. Also, Joseph Villarreal instantly noticed that one of my rings needed new prongs immediately as they were well worn down and he didn't want the diamond to fall out. On a different note, my father is now making jewelry; we set up a time to meet with Joseph. He gladly and graciously shared his expertise and knowledge with my father. Working with Joseph Villarreal you will find professionalism, kindness, honesty, integrity, plus an appreciation for the beauty of his craft.   On the morning of my sister's wedding, I lost the main diamond from my engagement ring, somewhere in the French Quarter. Because State Farm sent me to the AMAZING Villarreal Fine Jewelers - Designers of Exquisite Jewelry for my insurance estimate, I had the pleasure of meeting Malcolm Brown, who took the rest of my ring and 2 orphaned earrings, along with a purple sapphire he helped me pick out, and made this gorgeous creation that I just don't have words to describe. I'm so excited to be wearing a wedding ring again after over 3 months, and it is SOOO worth it! I'm so glad I didn't just replace the original diamond. And, the total cost of the redesign with the sapphire was less than my insurance payout.   First of all Joseph is a great person, besides just being an expert on fine jewelry. I was in a position to sell an engagement ring, and Joseph worked with me to make sure that I had a fair price that we both agreed on. My only regret is that I didn't know about consignment before I had made my original purchase! I will highly recommend to any of my friends and family Villarreal Fine Jewelers, and I will look to them first for any of my future needs.
