  Went to open a new account and had the pleasure of working with Nick Cruz. By far the best customer service I've ever had at a bank and he took his time with me and answered any questions I had regardless of how many people were there. I didn't feel rushed one bit and had a good experience. Looking forward to re financing my vehicle there and working with him in the future.

  I've heard great things about UFCU as a banking institution, however I called to see about a home loan, and I was told more about the "no's" and the gentleman on the phone asked how much money I had to put down. It turned me off from wanting to get a loan from them, everyone else seems to be trying to get our business, it sounds like you just need a lot of cash to get through the high and mighty UFCU doors, good thing there's other banks.

  Worst bank ever. I try constantly contacting them about my horrible rates with car insurance and mainly my interest rate which is astronomical which they seem to always ignore. I feel as thought I am on a blacklist. Of course, not when 1 day late or 1penny missing from their monthly bills that continue to eat away at my funds. I used to do all my banking with them and were curteous and helpful and friendly. Not anymore. Better going with the convience of Chase or wells fargo, or even better, a true credit union. Instead of a wolf in sheeps clothing like UFCU has become last few years. Too much success = customers lose. Too bad.
