- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is hilarious..had to go in to verify my identity for my return to be processed. The guy " helping" me, Robert M. was so pompous! Kept interrupting when I was trying to answer his questions..wanted me not to speak unless spoken to..noticed he had a copy of the 48 laws of power on his desk. That must help him make it through the day and feel important because if I was locked in a cubicle all day with no windows I would go insane. Oh and because he would not let me talk my issue never got resolved.By sm mendex, April 12, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I needed help with a question since the machine for the IRS takes 1+ hr to speak to representative, so I call here thinking I could get some relief over the phone but nope. I have to call a DIFFERENT # to contact their office to setup an appt but I live 3 hrs away like cmon man! I need help! I had to put one star in order to write a review but it doesn't deserve it. How the hell are we supposed to get help if they aren't willing to meet us halfway with a simple task of having a representative over the phone!!By Priscilla Capilla, December 30, 2016
