- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely poor customer service. Not my usual branch, but I stopped in because it was close to many errands I needed to take care of. It was extremely difficult to withdraw funds from my account, even though I have been a BOA customer for 15+ years, have multiple accounts, had all debit/credit cards for the accounts on hand, and 2 photo IDs. The manager was polite once she realized that difficulty I was having with the clerk, but that doesn't make up for such a terrible experience.By Christopher Runyon, February 10, 2017
