- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been banking with Austin Telco for probably 15 to 20 years and I have not had an issue with anything. I have several accts of mine and family members for years. If I have any issues or questions they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. When I went to move my accts to a retirement company, they never had an issue with it. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst bank ever. Cant make payments over the phone outrageous fees for any mistakes. Was making good payments on a loan till they wanted to change my monthly payments alot more than i could afford setting me behind and never able to recover because what i can afford is what i make.
