- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been dealing with this agency since April when my child support payments quit coming as usual. I have filled out every form they have wanted three times, sent in additional information and have only received requests for the same info again. When speaking with the officers by phone, I always get a different story about the delay. Now they are telling me that I have to wait for another department to review the last packet of information I sent in mid-September! They don't seem to care how difficult it is to go without the court-ordered support for the last 7 months.By Debra Searle, January 03, 2017
