- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been a member with UFCU for 13 years now and I've never been as disgusted as I am about this location and the ridiculous amount of time you have to wait to be seen. I have waited before on several occasions out of necessity and today was one of those days I was hoping things had changed but no, I had the exact same disappointing result. I came in 45 minutes before I needed to leave to go pick up my daughter and there was only one person ahead of me. I figured one shouldn't be too bad, but between the three employees there, I cannot believe that time had passed and I STILL hadn't been seen. I simply needed to get a new ATM card and make my car payment and couldn't even do that. I'm beginning to see now why things are moving more and more into the electronic processing. As convenient as this location is to me, I don't plan to return until this issue has been resolved.By Maryum Mitchell, August 29, 2017
