- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Yesterday, I was treated to an employee of the Constable confronting me outside of the Barnes and Noble at the Arboretum, claiming that my Disabled Veteran plates without a handicap placard did not authorize me to park in a handicap spot. State law says otherwise, and I'll take the word of the law, and the Governor's word over someone who clearly misunderstood some class he took at work.By Ricky Kimball, June 08, 2017
