  I have been using ProTax since 2010. I have always referred them to my coworkers, neighbors and friends. As a realtor, I have protested value increases in Williamson County successfully. In my new house in Travis County I thought about representing myself, but a property lawyer suggested ProTax. His opinion means a lot to me so I hired them on. I am sure Glad I did not try to represent myself. The stakes are just to high. A 10 percent increase compounded annually is a HUGE amount year after 10 years! Most of all, you can bet I would forget deadlines or get lazy. This company stays on top of the tax appraisal for you. For this they ALWAYS deserved my positive review. This, however, is an extra special review. Jennifer C you are amazing!! You are better than just a Tax Appraisal Pro. During our phone meeting you were able to read between the lines and decipher what information you needed to be successful. It was not easy as I had no idea where to start. The reduction you helped me with was AMAZING! The help you offered was AMAZING. I know I was not an easy customer, and you could have listened with half an ear and gone back to your hectic day- but you did not. You questioned me, heard what I was saying and made it better! Most people do not do their job this well. As I write this, I want not only the readers to use you - but I would love for the owners to realize how very special you are. Everyone should strive for your level of commitment!!! Kudos Jennifer!!
