  This clinic is unprofessinal and altogether a poor system ran by workers that mean well, but are told what to do by State representatives. I would recommend anyone getting calls from this place to deny their services, thank them for the information and you will contact your personal physician or find yourself an actual doctor. These people work for the state not for you...I've personally been told by a councelor there to just fill out the paperwork because it's how she "gets paid," since then I never heard from her again and had to find my own guidance after a few weeks... this was about a year ago mind you. Sad when a patient feels (violated) and emotionally damaged because the "state practice" of this building. I want to be clear this review is based off this system ran by the state of Texas: it's no good. Understand you have every right to deny their services and walk out at any time, they just won't tell you that, but you can read it on the form they will ask you to fill out AFTER your done paying them hummm?This place needs new direction to the appropriate training and structure or shut this place down and leave the real medical work for doctors that can truly be there for you every step of the way...
