  These ladies go above and beyond. They are very knowledgable and above board. If you have a complicated return, don't try to do it yourself -- because if you get audited, you will not have anyone to assist you. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I had a really bad experience at another location where we felt the preparers were far from knowledgeable and borderline shady. Our initial refund was in the $3000 range. However after some fumbling of words, repetitive explanations that didn't explain a thing and back and forth tweaking in the computer; our total payout was $247! Needles to say we left in a hurry without signing any documents and with an overwhelming feeling of being cheated. After driving around for another JH location, we came across the office located on West Gate. We walked in and as soon as we started to explain our experience with the previous location, Monica (the location manager) dropped what she was doing and came over to us. Not only was she friendly and caring of our situation, she was quick and explained in detail every step along the process AND got us allot more that what the other location was paying out. Our level of confidence with JH was restored fully due to the professionalism, knowledge and expertise that Monica possesses. It's a promise that my wife and I will be back year after year with JH as long as Monica is still there! We recommend her to anyone that is looking for honesty in a tax preparer. After all, your money lies in their knowledge of the tax system.
