- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I closed on a house back in January 2007, and since then never got the title policy. I have called them on several occasions, and they kept telling me that I do not need to have the policy etc. A few days ago, they promised to email me the policy, but then discovered that they had no any documents on file. I am now in jeopardy-if I decided to sell the house, I have NO proof of ownership. Horrible business!!!!!By A Google User, June 26, 2017
