- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst experience I've had was yesterday 6/7/2017 , and I've been banking with this bank for over 10 years. Alex P. Was suppose to be taking care of us, only to give us the run around and push us out the door. It first started when my Aunt and I went in, it was my account and my login....but Alex decided to go to my Aunt first(she's Caucasian) I am Lebanese! Really, that is definitely discrimination because they all saw ME sign in...but continued to the White woman first! I went in to get a loan, he had absolutely NO IDEA how to answer the questions that we asked. Everything was referred back to what the "loan officer " could tell us. I came in to give this bank $4000 so I can build my credit, and tell me who wouldn't jump to that opportunity?! So if you are planning on going in, don't talk to Alex P.
