  I would like to thank Excel Finance Company for greatly assisting me in giving me a chance to show that I am a responsible person. It's so easy to blame others for our own actions. When we blame others for our mistakes, we're trying to hide our character defects.Excel Finance gave me an opportunity to reestablish my credit,which needed assistance.Excel agreed to finance my vehicle and I agreed to make the payments.The economy is not doing well right now ,but I must continue to do my part by making a tangible effort to make sure my payments are on time.And if by chance my payment might be late I can at least call and make the proper arrangements so that the finance company will continue to try and do business with people with second chance financing! In my experience I have called ahead of time and the office at Ben White has been more than willing to work with me.If someone owed me money and they didn't answer the phone when I called them I would be upset myself.So I can understand the phone call philosophy.

  These people is very UNPROFESSIONAL and GENEA the manager will call you ten times a day on the day your payment is due starting at 8:00 in the morning. She also lies to you like she does have your payment so you can send another one then she cashes both of them. They paper stated to payment is late on the 15th so why do they harass you daily five or six calls. Clearly they need another manager in that office because there is no communication with the employees there. And they do not know the that they can't call that early. i have reported them so run FORREST RUN. Don't deal with them I didn't pick them they pick me.

  THE MANAGER THERE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! SHE WILL LIE, MAKE THREATS,AND HARRASS YOU. THEN WILL TURN AROUND AND SAY SHE DID'T SPEAK WITH YOU AT ALL.I'VE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH GENENA SINCE DAY ONE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. LIKE THE FIRST REVIEW SAID, THEY PICKED ME I DIDN'T PICK THEM. THEY GET MY MONEY ON TIME EVERY MONTH ,AND I AM STILL CONSTANTLY BEING HARRASSED LIKE I'VE BEEN BEHIND.THEY COME UP WITH WAYS FOR YOU TO PAY MORE MONEY, THEN MAKE THREATS WHEN YOU DON'T PAY. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!
