- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★These people at this branch have been very helpful and nice. The tellers know what they are doing, I like that Professionalism in people. When I went there, I was confused about my account, and the money that was in there, but after talking to a representative, I left with a full understanding what was going on with my account. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They used to be so good. I'm about to fire them and look at credit unions. Their app used to work perfectly. I used to know my banker by name and he knew mine. They've slipped a great deal from when I first became a customer some 4 years ago. Edited to lower yet another star. Their new branch manager is horrible. They threatened to paralyze my company because of mistakes made by two of their employees on my accounts. Done with them as soon as I can move my money out of there. You should look at them like any other big bank at this point. Edited again: Now the manager has claimed slander since I gave them a negative review here. Can you believe it? Slander. For giving my honest opinion on extremely poor service from a bank I used to champion. Stay far far away from this branch. You have been warned.By Jason Peine, March 20, 2017
