  Update 3/28/17: I went on Saturday to get my husband and I rings cleaned. We also came in to see if they were able to fix two gold necklaces that are very precious to me, given to me when I was young by my father. I waited a few days for a quote and then I get a call that Thursday telling me the necklaces were fixed by Calvin himself and there was no charge. I really appreciate that so much! As long as I am living here in Austin, they have me as a lifetime customer for any of my jewelry needs. Thanks guys!! Original review: Husband and I bought our rings here. Prices on lab grown diamonds are very competitive. Selection of engagement and wedding rings, very slim. It took me about 2-3 visit to finally decide. We were helped by Jack. When I picked up my engagement ring, the halo was wrong shape and had to reorder. Our rep was sure to correct the mistake and promptly get our order expedited and rushed to them. I think about 1 1/2 weeks passed when I finally got the ring with correct halo. When I wore the ring for a few days, I realized it was too big and had to get it resized. I had two trips about this issue, but there were two ladies (one works at the front desk) that were more than helpful to make sure I got the right size. One of the ladies even pulled Calvin himself to help determine the correct size. Although Calvin himself didn't really look like he wanted to be bothered, I was confident in his choice with regards to size. They provided me with boxes for both rings and even a little nice pouch/baggies in case I ever took off my rings I can store them without getting scratches. With Jack, although he was nice and courteous to us and pretty patient with me and my husband, we felt like he really just wanted to make his commission and be done with the day - maybe he was having a bad day? We will be back to have our rings cleaned and polished, so I do recommend this place for a competitive price and quality on rings and diamonds. Maybe one day I'll probably buy some more jewelry to go with my wedding rings!

  Amazing customer service!!! I ordered a custom wedding band and when I received it I had mixed feelings about it. They we're extremely helpful and proceeded to correct what I didn't like about it. I ended up with the band I've always wanted! 100% would recommend to everyone.

  Met with Jack yesterday and he was such a huge help! My wife and I had a friend who wanted to look for an engagement ring, so we went to Calvin's to check it out. Jack was very patient and knowledgeable about diamonds, and took the time to explain to us everything that we were seeing. I'd definitely recommend going and seeing Jack if you want to make sure you get a high quality diamond for your engagement ring.
