- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great customer service. We stopped in to casually ask questions about a wedding band. Dave, who's worked at Benold's for over 30 years, was wonderful. Helped us find the right ring for my finacé and offered service on my engagement ring even though we hadn't purchased it at their store. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went to several jewelers when looking for an engagement ring, like most people, and Benolds was by far the best. I tried big jewelers that had decent prices, but no customization capabilities. As soon as I entered Benolds, I was warmly greeted by Maria, who helped me find the (eventual) perfect ring. She listened to what I was looking for, showed me some current in stock rings for examples, and had me come back a week later when she had some more rings based on what I was looking for. Out of the 11 or so rings, I found the one and also found my Austin jeweler. We go back regularly for cleanings and they are just as kind and helpful as the first time I walked in.
