  This branch is in a rather sketchy location -- lots of crime nearby, and I never quite feel safe in the parking lot. It's the kind of place to get your keys ready, walk fast, and lock your doors as soon as you're in your car. It's also a nightmare to get in and out of the parking lot, since Cameron road traffic is notoriously backed up at all hours. The tellers are quick, but they seem more like robots just going through the motions to get through the day -- I miss the super-friendly and kind tellers up near Lakeline! The one thing this branch has going for it is the security guard -- always a nice, friendly guy who's quick to hold the door for you and wish you a nice day. Perhaps he should train the tellers?

  I arrived at the Motor bank at 12:11pm. It's now 1:10pm ALL I need is a deposit slip to deposit REAL money. I can't use the ATM, (very busy but fast machine, I now know why people use the machine instead) because I need a card to deposit the money I want to DEPOSIT! SO! I can't get a deposit slip. I wait for an hour to finally get just to deposit real money because BBVA isn't creative enough or confident enough to find a solution (Open another teller window!). I call the bank to find out why at the least I can't get a deposit slip. They bring me one. BUT still doesn't take my money or OPEN another window, instead HE tells me teller is out to lunch......SO! We wait an hour in line outside. I can't leave. I'm sandwiched between the Dully huge truck in front of me and the volvo that decided to come right up my car's bumper. Oh! Finally the dual truck is moving. One hour. One deposit slip. One transaction.
