- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a customer of BOA for almost 8 years. By today (2014/04/04), I got my worst experience with BOA. The lady I talked is called Kim. Here is the simplified version of our conversation: Me: ....... Kim: NO. ... Me: ...... Kim: NO. ... ... Me: Does BOA need to make this $12 fee from a loyal customer like me? Kim: Yes. BTW, after call BOA customer phone number, I got satisfied solution. It sounds harder to get issue resolved when working with the local branch staff face to face.By Sean XS, May 06, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This branch is way understaffed. They only have 1 person staffing the 2 two drove through lanes and the 3 intake desks. What at any other bank would be a 3 minute visit turns in a 20-25 minute ordeal.
