  The worst customer service of any bank I have ever come into contact with. Now that I no longer deposit 100's of thousands of dollars here a year, they not longer want you as a customer. I live on SS disability and am treated like a second class citizen. I have been a member here for OVER 40 years! Robert Hernandez should be fired. I TRIED to call him since I have a long time ongoing problem and he had the audacity to have his secretary call me to tell me that I CAN'T BE CALLING HIM. HE IS TOO IMPORTANT AND HAS NO TIME FOR MEMBERS! I swear this is what she told me. She even "suggested" that I move my account to another bank! I went to the drive-thru teller at Shoal Creek just now. My previous negative review is from last year and it still holds. I gave the black teller at the first drive up an envelope with cash in it. There were 5 different bills, three quarters, two dimes, and a nickel. The half witted idiot at the window told me that she didn't know how to count change and I would have to take it inside to be deposited. Now she could count the bills????? I told her it's a dollar in change. She said, but I don't have a coin counter. I just drove off disgusted as usual with Telco. I went inside and told the teller what had happened. OF COURSE she told me that the drive thru teller could have taken the deposit. NOW who do I believe? GOD, these people are idiots!!!! June 28, 2017----These people get more stupid everyday!!! I did a mobile deposit for a company that I have worked for over 13 years. I get a message that Telco is holding the check for 12 days because the company is a spam---WTH???? I deposit their checks EVERY MONTH!!! I emailed four months of deposits in my reply from these idiots AND a telephone number to the company's payroll, their extension, and the name of the person to talk to in their payroll office!!! Plus, in my reply I named 6 like companies like the one that I deposited that are the same type companies AND the deposits that I make from them every month!

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I honestly have never had a good or even a decent experience at ANY Austin telco, it has always been really bad. The bank tellers are all rude and not helpful AT ALL!! I'm putting ALL Austin Telco credit unions in the same boat because I have visited several locations and get the same response from all of them. The WORST credit union I've ever been with!!!!

  I e on research is great. Only draw back us when tellers sit there with Windows closed. Seems like the could do paperwork else where
