- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Agent refused to help solve an issue with my account and told me I needed to go online to fix it. The issue was caused by an agent making a mistake when putting my email address into my account. A correct email is needed for a multi policy discount. Agent was condescended and even admitted to being rude. I ended up calling another All State agency close by where they were more then willing to easily fix the mistake and ensure that I didn't lose my discount. Please consider not using Homero Escobar as the customer service st this office is poor, condescending and rude.By Emily Deasy, January 10, 2017
