  Amanda Escobar was referred to me by one of my friends who has Allstate with her agency. He told me that Amanda and her staff took care of him during a claim that he had with another insurance company. The other insurance company did not want to pay for the claim stating they were not at fault. Amanda and her staff stepped in and were able to help get all repairs to the car. Additionally, they always take care of my calls each and every time that I have called. Amanda is always there to educate me on how insurance works and how to protect me in case I have an accident. Her knowledge is invaluable!

  My husband and I purchased our first boat in 2016. I didn't know much about insuring a boat, since we've never had to, but Amanda was excellent in explaining the coverage options and what each entailed. Fast forward a year, we were on the lake and our engine completely malfunctioned. We took it to the shop and were told the engine froze from the last major freeze and caused a crack. We didn't think this would be covered, but we reached out to Amanda just in case. She read through our policy jacket and found that if it was properly winterized it would be covered. We had properly winterized it and Allstate covered the $9k engine replacement! What other agent tries to find a way to have something covered. I highly recommend Amanda and her staff!

  I have never had such a terrible experience with an insurance company. I cancelled my policy June 1st and continued receiving emails about my not-terminated policy until yesterday! I was barely given a termination paper to sign JUNE 28TH when I asked for it to be terminated on June 1st! NOW they try to tell me I owe $225 from adding a car in April? Why was it not added to my auto draft bill in May? So so unprofessional.
