- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Tellers are friendly and knowledgeable, but they don't appear to adhere to the wait book prominently located in the lobby. I didn't speak to a banker before leaving which is odd to not even have someone say, "sir please give me 5 minutes to assist this other customer". - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I sat in this location for over an hour trying to open an account, and even talked to a manager because I had to go to work soon after they closed.
