- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I will NEVER use this place again and question all of UPS now. They mishandled my package, which were concert tickets, and the tickets wouldn't arrive until a week AFTER the concert!! Tickets cost me over $400 and they said they couldn't do anything about it but refund the $10 shipping charge and corporate was no help either. DO NOT USE THEM!!By Modesto Dominguez, March 27, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This UPS location doesn't allow you to prepay for a return label to be sent with a package? I was told by the employees that this was a management decision (to avoid customers lying about package weight) so no fault to them for explaining the policy. I've been using UPS for years and a big point of shipping things is sending prepaid labels so that it's sent back to me at no expense to the client. I promptly left and went to South Lamar location where they took care of my request with no issues.By Michael Allred, January 17, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I use a mailbox here for personal and business and I love it! It's a safe place to forward mail and packages when I'm out of town or unavailable to take them. Customer service is great and I get instant emails when a package shows up. They know me by name and have my packages ready before I even say anything when I get there.
