I was very unhappy and asked why, especially as I've printed these exact same documents at a different UPS store before and have had no problems. The manager was also quite rude, and left me at the desk waiting for 15 mins while he went in the back to sort boxes and ignore my concerns. He told me it was not his problem and it was an issue with the online system and he wasn't going to help me. I will not be going back to this store.By Victoria Daughtrey, July 03, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I can't say enough good things about the folks who work at this UPS store location. Given the previous negative comments, I can tell you from personal experience they're first class professionals and extremely helpful. Case in point, I was out of the country for 8 months and they dutifully took care of my huge stacks of mail, answered my email communications and ensured my mailbox remained active even during a short period of time when my 6 month rental period had expired.
