- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Very courteous folks. I did not have them put "fragile" labels on 2 big boxes sent to California, and the items inside were ruined by the time they got there. There must be apes handling the boxes. At least they offer packing service, so it is their fault if something arrives messed up. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a problem with my printer to send a pkg. back to Amazon. went inside for help to print in store.employee wouldn't even make eye contact as he tapped in his computer. I explained I have an eye disease and could use help to try & print on there printer. I had the label on my kindle to scan..byt they said cant..muat pay 3$ +...still wouldn't assist me at keybiard..still no eye contact..left me standing there stunned & stupid. Never will I return to that store.I would rather keep an item that I can't use rather than be stood up to be rejected & left ignored. bad news...bad business. Chow!!!By Dawnmarie Wood, March 31, 2017
