  First class outfit with first class service. Sat down with Pauline in their office and got everything squared away in a few minutes. They actually under-promised and over-delivered... Instead of taking 6 days to receive my renewed passport, it only took 1. Could not be more pleased with their service and would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!

  Drew did a fabulous job of getting me through the passport renewal process quickly and painlessly. I had filled out the renewal form on the U.S. government web site and printed it out before coming into the office, so it took less than 15 minutes for Drew to check it over, take my current passport, and schedule when my new one would be ready. It was finished exactly when they said it would be, and I'm very happy I could turn it over to Drew and Pauline rather than sending it off to the government and just hoping for a quick return. Just make sure to bring your travel itinerary with you, since they need it to prove to the government that they should do a rush order.

  Drew and Pauline were exceptionally helpful! They assisted me in quickly obtaining a Brazilian visa. The made the process easy and straightforward. I received regular updates and they made themselves available to answer any questions I had. When we encountered a minor challenge with paperwork from my employer, Drew calmly and confidently talked me through next steps and ultimately helped bring about a speedy resolution. I'm very thankful that I had the opportunity to work with Drew and Pauline. I look forward to working with them again. I would recommend anyone looking for help with their Visa and/or Passport to strongly consider this company first.

  Pauline was very personable, knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I am going to Russia with my 9 year old granddaughter in June. I have a Russian passport but my granddaughter has a US passport and she needed a Russian visa. Knowing Russian bureaucracy I was very anxious about the paperwork process, especially for a minor traveling overseas without parents. It turned out to be an easy process. Pauline would always answer my phone calls in person and take time to explain what additional paperwork I need to get and what the status of the process was. I couldn’t be happier at the end and I can’t wait to take my daughter to Russia to meet her great grand mother and her Russian family. I would highly recommend this company.
