- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Mary Jane Rodriguez, Heidi Bordelon and Nathan Kennedy seemed experienced, but their assistant Giorgio Pellegrini was awful. Didn't follow up on anything. Had to constantly resend/repeat information. He completely dropped the ball and then went dark for a few months while it took a year to get a settlement on an open-shut case. The other driver rear-ended me while I stopped in traffic, so he got a ticket and his insurance company claimed 100% of the fault. I ended up getting less than my PIP even though I spent 6 months in physical therapy. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Nathan, Heidi, Mary and the team at Carlson really helped my situation. They broke down the legal process to me and assisted me every step of the way. Despite the fact that I was living back in Australia they did everything in their power to make a troubling situation as care free as possible. Being an Australian, I had no idea about the American judicial process and Nathan took the time to Skype me and break it down in layman's terms, so I felt more grounded and confident with the direction we were taking.
